Data deletion

You can remove your Hola Stars data at any time. Here's how, depending on what you want deleted.

Disconnect a linked account

To stop Hola Stars accessing your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page or Instagram account, go to Dashboard → Social Media → External Reviews and disconnect it. We revoke the access token with the provider and delete it from our systems immediately.

You can also revoke access directly at Google account permissions or Facebook app settings.

Delete your account and all data

Email privacy@holastars.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request, then permanently delete your account, business records, customers, feedback responses and any tokens for connected accounts.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when done. Some records may be retained longer only where law requires it (for example, invoices for tax purposes); those are isolated and not used for any other purpose.

What gets deleted

Your user profile and login credentials
Your business, locations, departments and team memberships
Customer records and imported contact lists
Feedback requests, responses and sentiment analysis
Survey responses collected under your business
Access and refresh tokens for any connected Google or Meta account
Reviews synced from connected platforms
